Sanitation & Recycling

The City of Weeping Water contracts with Cass County Refuse for solid waste collection and recycling. Everyone within the city limits is required to have garbage collection.  Curbside recycling is collected every week at no extra charge. 

Garbage collection is picked up on Tuesday and recycling is collected on Wednesday.  Please have your carts out to the curb by 6:00 a.m.

Most trash and debris, when properly bundled and/or contained properly, can be disposed of at curbside with your regular garbage service days. If assistance is needed or you have questions for the city, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

You can put all your recyclables together in your blue recycling container.  Not need to sort.  Please NO styrofoam, glass or plastic bags.
